a) Assist Account Manager to handle inquiries fromclients and contact supplier for quotation.
b) Receive goods from supplier and arrangedelivery to client accordingly.
c) Maintain a clear stock record for ShenzhenWarehouse.
d) assist AM to prepare cost sheet forquotation to clients.
e) assist AM or BE to provide response torequest/complain from clients/supplier in a timely manner.
f) Make sure goods delivered on scheduleand all documents prepared before goods transferred to clients.
e) Keep clear sales record/documenting andprovide support to GM as required.
a) At least 2 years working experience inForeign Trade Business.
b) Experience in oil and gas industry willbe preferred.
c) Can communicate with English in bothwritten and oral way without difficulty.
d) Be able to work in a team to handlebusiness independently.
